Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details by email.
Packaging
MIRAYA products are packed with care in protective material designed to prevent breakage during transit. Amber glass bottles are individually wrapped into cartons. In the unlikely event a bottle breaks in delivery, please follow the damaged order protocol in our Returns Policy.
