Why We Cannot Accept Returns on Essential Oils

Essential oils are intimate wellness products in direct contact with your body. Once a bottle leaves our facility, we have no way to guarantee it has not been opened, tampered with, stored incorrectly, or contaminated. Even a sealed outer cap cannot assure us of the oil's integrity.

At MIRAYA, purity is not a marketing claim — it is a standard we have built this entire brand on. Accepting a returned oil and handling it alongside our inventory would be a direct compromise of that standard. We will not do that to you, and we will not do that to another customer.

What This Means for You

• All sales of essential oils, body mists, roll-ons, and blends are final
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for change-of-mind purchases
• We do not offer refunds for products already dispatched, even if unopened
• Partial use of a product does not qualify for any refund under any circumstance

The Exception — Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take complete responsibility for errors on our part. If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive an incorrect product, we will make it right — fully and without delay.

• Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery
• Email us at info@mirayablends.com with your order number and clear photographs
• We will dispatch a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund for the affected item
• Claims made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@mirayablends.com. Once an order has entered fulfilment, it cannot be cancelled.
